skl Junior Member Registered: 11/03/07 Posts: 2	What are the federal laws regarding what gifted children are entitled to? I can find state mandates, but I can't seem to locate any federal laws. Do federal laws exist?

kevin clancy Junior Member Registered: 03/10/08 Posts: 1	I am new to this site and I am trying to get some authority for the Federal and State (PA) mandates for a GIEP. I have recently learned that my daughter's school district no longer even has a GIEP program which she had been in for the past 6 years! Is that legal? Would appreciate any insight, information, resourses or statutes that any one could offer me in this regard.
